LIVING ROOM:

In the living room and visible dining room there also appear elements pulled from Indonesia in the form - Sandstone on the fireplace and around the kitchen, vases hollowed out with palm roots and huge Bamboo in them. Exotic wood on the floor mixed with indonesian marble mosaic Creating a warm space. On the whole floor bypassing the wood zone is underfloor heating and Floor convectors under windows. The leisure zone is a real LOUNGE zone with a total area of ​​42 m 2 with a 63 '' TV Panoramic fireplace. All open space LIVING is a total area of ​​93 m 2, and high ceilings (3 m) add space. This section includes three individual BOSE sound zones with calibrated loudspeakers. And the whole ground floor is made in intelligent electric system with various lighting scenes. Double blinds in the windows are controlled by the remote control and the switch on the wall.

KITCHEN AND DINING:

The open dining room with kitchen has an area of ​​26 m 2.

HALL:

The whole hall is an enormous open space of 37 m 2 with circular marble stairs in its center, which makes an impressive impression. It has a vestibule with a wardrobe and a guest toilet. From the hall enter directly into the kitchen, on the way past the pantry and into the monumental living room with a 2.5 meter open entrance.

NEW YORK GLAMOR WORKSHOP:

On the ground floor are two rooms next to each other, which the owners converted into their offices to work. The first of these, the Lady's home of more than 20 square meters, is made in the New York Glamor style with a stylish wall-mounted biofireplace and direct access to the terrace and garden.

The home office of the house is made in the style of the traveler and he has many Interesting items imported from all over the world. Very interesting bookshelves are made from Indian antique old frames of images combined into one patchwork frame. Hand-carved bas-relief carved from Indonesia depicting Hindu figures - Rame and Siwe.

The upper floor consists of two bedrooms of 25 m2 and 29 m2, a spacious 26 m2 bath room and an 11 m2 bathroom with built-in laundry and boiler room. An additional 25 m2 living room, currently arranged in the fitness room, can be used as a sitting room or TV room.
