The closest neighborhood is a residential area, intimate and safe with low buildings away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet close to Puławska and Sobieskiego streets provide excellent communication with the city center.
The building has two storeys. The lower one, which has an area of approximately 250 square meters, represents a representative function. A large living room with a fireplace, a spacious dining room for organizing parties and a conservatory are also here. On the ground floor there is also a spacious kitchen, a TV room and a study room.
