Restored Manor House Łukówiec, Mrozy commune, only 70 km from Warsaw, 600m2 on a plot of 7700 m2.
Manor built at the end of the 18th century, wooden - brick. Manor possesses features of classicist architecture. It consists of an older part with wooden and framed construction and slightly later brick.
The Manor is one-storey with usable attic, partly basement (cellars under brick), preserved cellar vaulted. The front of the mansion has original two symmetrical porches composed of two pairs of columns each. An additional third porch is located on the side of the manor, on the west side. Each porch is crowned with a triangular top of a gable roof. Behind the manor built a large terrace.
The manor house is covered with a gable roof covered with aspen shingles, at the back of the loft roof. The Manor has a two-bay layout and a real bead in the main room is a beautiful, early-Classicist portal made of ash wood in the walnut, moved from the manor house that was here earlier.
At present the mansion after a major renovation, wooden box windows, all doors have been meticulously restored, as well as the portal and the old wooden wardrobe. The walls of the mansion are wooden, restored, preserved in the original, where they could not be kept replaced with other old ones. Today the mansion has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, with the possibility of enlarging by another 3 bedrooms. Three bedrooms are equipped with bathrooms, in addition each room has the possibility of creating a bathroom, additional connections were made everywhere. In addition to the bedroom in the manor there is a large kitchen, large dining room, fireplace room, spacious open to the roof. In the attic there are two bedrooms with bathrooms, the whole attic was interestingly arranged into a large open space.
The walls on the ground floor are original wooden logs and brick walls, painted white, in the attic both on the walls and on the floor are wooden boards, also painted white.
The house has gas heating (tank on the plot), water from the commune water supply system, now the cesspit (but the municipality plans to carry out sewerage within 2 years). The garden has been preserved, the remains of the former park have been preserved, the chestnut trees, alders, ash are growing here.
